Well made and beautifully designed in a quality material. I made the mistake and asked for the belt to be shorter when I should not have done so. Guess what? They agreed to send me a longer belt at no charge. The customer service has been excellent. Old school customer service. They go over and beyond. I can't wait for the spring/summer collection. Also, I hope they begin to make their collars in a larger size for larger breeds. Fingers crossed.
